Disadvantages of Slouching
Most people today at work at school would slouch on their backs from time to time. Regardless, that most of us were told when we are just kids to sit up straight when sitting and even on while walking. Some say it is an arbitrary rule of etiquette that still lives today. Well to be honest, the reason not to slouch goes beyond from etiquette itself. To be exact, slouching is bad for us, socially and medically which can put our overall health at risk, so below we will tackle the disadvantages of slouching.

The most common reason why people slouch is that they find it more comfortable than sitting up out our backs. But sadly, that comfortable feeling we enjoyed when we slouch has its own disadvantage to our health.
